Your Role

Work closely with business to solve complex problems using data and analytics
Analyze raw data: assess quality, clean, and structure for downstream processing
Design, develop, and implement accurate and scalable prediction algorithms
Seek and provide insights to help us understand customers better, recommend new opportunities, and improve business
Collaborate with the engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production
Develop data mart for predictive cross-sell & up-sell, and credit scoring
Develop summary mart to support business team (finance team, collection team, lending team, marketing team and banking team) and support reporting and dashboard
Deploy, develop, and maintain data mart and dashboard (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Develop platform for developing predictive models and/or supporting credit scoring and propensity models
Develop, deploy and monitor
- Traditional credit scoring model and alternative credit scoring model
- Propensity model to support cross-sell & up-sell or our products
- Other models such as income model, next-best offer, recommendation, etc.
Collaborate and manage vendors in order to deliver project on time with quality

Bachelor or Master’s degree in data science, information technology, statistics, computer science, computer engineering or related fields
3-7 years of relevant experiences in data science projects
Hands-on experience on data manipulation and visualization with Python/Power BI
Agility, tolerance, and flexibility to react to changes in the fast-paced environment
Deep understanding in predictive modeling, machine learning, statistics, data mining, and data analytics
Fluency in a programming language (Python, C, C++, Java, SQL)
Familiarity with Big Data framework and tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau)
Good communication skills, and ability to convey complex idea effectively
Fluency in English
