Your Role

• Team up with product team and related parties to define the needs and craft a structured requirements
• Analyze and understand the implications of the requirements, impact to product, customers, operations
• Facilitate the nurturing of these requirements until launch
• Be anything it takes to align understandings between stakeholders, the devil's In the details
• Make sure reference doc are maintained (and helpful)
• Of course, SIT and UAT, you know it…right?

Specifications

• Experience in delivering impactful software; 3+ years for Business Analyst, 5+ years for senior Business Analyst
• High on analytical horsepower, enjoy cracking the complex requirements and situations
• People person, you should feel comfortable mingling with all stakeholders, techies, designers, product, ops, etc.
• Obsessed with delivering quality product to delight our lovely customers
• Be proactive in exploring new ideas, solution, opportunities for our product

Nice to haves

• Background in Financial Industry
• Believe that I can build a Rome in 2 hours (hint: can do attitude)
• Data analysis capabilities
• Grew up using JIRA and Confluence, or at least familiar with it
