Auto deduction via LINE MAN Wongnai is an automatic payment method by LINE MAN Wongnai to help facilitate the payment of the minimum amount, which specified in your LINE BK account statement. LINE MAN Wongnai will help daily collect money in advance from the merchant's cash wallet on the Wongnai Merchant App from sales of food and beverages. After the deduction of GP and any goods and/or service fees, including any other charges relating to the purchase of goods and/or use of LINE MAN Wongnai's services (if any), it automictically repay LINE BK loan in accordance with Minimum or according to the number of installments (Depending on the case). 2. Can I repay the remaining balance before the end of the installment period?

You can repay the full amount before the end of the selected installment period without penalty. Which can be paid via LINE BK on the LINE application

• Select the tab "Nano Credit Line"
• Select the menu "Pay"
• Select "Pay All"

In case you have already repaid full amount via LINE BK, but a daily accumulated amount for automatic payment in the Wongnai Merchant App is still continuing. You will receive a refund from LINE MAN Wongnai in the next billing cycle.

3. How will I know that LINE MAN Wongnai has transferred the accumulated money to LINE BK?

• Check through the Wongnai Merchant App application, which will display the total amount accumulated by LINE MAN Wongnai, making LINE BK credit payments automatically 1 day before the due date.
• Check payment transactions in LINE BK on the app. LINE application

4. Auto deduction via LINE MAN Wongnai is still active but why do I still receive a payment notification from LINE BK?

There are two automatic reminders for payment sent by the system 3-day before due date and at the due date. LINE BK recommend you to regularly check daily accumulated amount on Wongnai Merchant app to avoid insufficient accumulated balance to repay minimum due amount of the loan with LINE BK.

If such case happened, you can repay the remaining due amount directly via LINE BK to continuously utilize the limit and prevent from penalty interest charges due to insufficient payment.  

5. What is the impact if I missed payment for my Nano Finance Loan for LINE MAN Wongnai Merchant Partner?

If you miss a payment or pay less than the amount due, the penalty interest rate of not exceeding 3% p.a. will be charged in addition to your normal interest rate. However, the interest rate charged in total will not exceed 33% for Nano Credit Line.

Cancellation

1. If I close merchant account or cancel merchant GP membership with LINE MAN Wongnai, can I still utilize the Nano Finance Loan for LINE MAN Wongnai Merchant Partner?

Merchant account cancellation or merchant GP membership termination with LINE MAN Wongnai does not automatically terminate your Nano Credit Line for LINE MAN Wongnai Merchant with LINE BK. In this case, your money accumulation service for loan repayment with LINE MAN Wongnai will be permanently terminated, but you are still liable to repay your remaining loan outstanding to LINE BK via other channels:

2. What should I do if there is the notification that Money Accumulation Service for loan repayment by LINE MAN Wongnai has been cancelled or suspended?

In case of Money Accumulation Service for loan repayment has been cancelled or suspended, you need to repay directly to LINE BK via following channels:

2. Cross-bank payment via QR code
