LINE BK joins hands with Srisawad offering Thais more access to funds

Therefore, this milestone cooperation between KASIKORN LINE and Srisawad Corporation and Srisawad Group will fulfil the demand for loans from LINE BK customers by combining their strong points. LINE BK, Thailand’s first social banking platform, operates through the LINE application which has 53 million Thai users with expertise in online services and offers financial services in Thai people’s lives i.e. Banking services, loans, and insurance. LINE BK has currently more than 5 million users and more than 9 million followers of LINE Official Account. While Srisawad is a leading loan provider in Thailand and has a strong presence with more than 5,500 branches across the nation, making it very convenient for customers to seek Srisawad’s products and services.  

I believe that, given Srisawad’s strong points and its long-standing reputation when it comes to loan providing and loan variety it offers, this partnership will fulfil the demands of LINE BK customers who would like to receive collateral loans in addition to personal loans and nano loans from LINE BK.  This gives more options for people to have access to legitimate loans and reduces the risk of people seeking unlawful loans. LINE BK will provide a channel to publicize Srisawad products to specific groups of customers. Srisawad will facilitate the process of loan application until a loan is approved.” Tana said.

Interested customers can click on the message to further fill in their information on the Srisawad’s website and wait to be contacted by Srisawad staff within one working day. Registration is available during Mondays to Fridays from 8:30am to 4:30pm and on Saturdays from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Should customers register outside the aforementioned times and days, Srisawad staff will contact them back within the next working day.

LINE BK reveals its figures of 4.7 million users in the first half of 2022 aiming to develop AI to reach and expand quality customer base, preparing to launch new partners in the second half of the year to increase personal loans access for Thai people

LINE BK, the first Social Banking platform in Thailand, has revealed that the online financial transaction trend in Thailand is bursting through the world rankings, signalling the overall growth of the service in the first half of 2022. The number of LINE BK users has surpassed 4.7 million mark, with over 590,000 loan accounts, growing 81% Year on Year. The AI system is also being developed in order to reach target customers widely and accurately, while managing the customers’ portfolio in terms of both quantity and quality. In the second half of the year, the planned partnership and transaction feature updates will better respond the needs of Thai customers along with the ‘Banking in Your Hand’ concept.
