1. Company's Role: The Company is a data provider and data consumer of financial data under the Bank of Thailand's Your Data project.

• Users may exercise their right to send existing financial data with the Company to other service providers (the Company is the data provider).
• Users may exercise their right to send financial data from other financial service providers to the Company (the Company is the data consumer).

2. Types of data that users may send with their consent: Loan information, including:

• Loan account information such as account name, account number, and the loan outstanding, credit limit or remaining limit.
• Loan payment history.

3. Digital Data Transmission Mechanism:
Users may give their consent to send existing loan information with the Company to other service providers or to send existing loan information with other service providers to the Company through the National Credit Bureau Co., Ltd. (Credit Bureau).
